If you're thinking about buying a new construction property, follow these simple steps . . . New Construction Guide

1. Decide what's important to you for the property you want to buy.

2. Review our Park City New Construction Buying Guide to see which properties match what you're looking for.

3. Get all your questions answered to help narrow down your search and ultimately find the right property.

What's most important to you?

You'll want to decide your layout requirements along with your preferred locations and price. By layout requirements, we are referring to the number of bedrooms and baths you want, the size of the kitchen, other key rooms, the total square footage, and views. These are the things most important on the inside of the property.

Location is very important. Do you want to be in Deer Valley or Park City? Near a resort, perhaps with ski-in/ski-out access, or 5 to 10 minutes away? Do you want a large parcel of land out of town or a place close to popular amenities (restaurants, shops, theaters, etc.)? What's important to you?

How much do you want to spend on your purchase? Do you wish to purchase the property with all cash, or would you prefer financing?

Your answers to these questions early in the process will save you time and significantly narrow down your search.

Review our Buyer's Park City New Construction Guide.

Part of the search process involves working with developer paid designers and salespeople. They can be pushy at times as they try to get you to buy their property and upgrades. We'll make sure you don't lose your focus on your chief objectives and desired outcome.
