The Pinebrook community is located within the heavily-treed canyons of the northwestern part of Park City. There are several neighborhood parks along with an extensive trail system for mountain biking and hiking. The area is naturally divided into three levels. Lower Pinebrook offers both single family homes and several condominium options. Middle Pinebrook is made up of single-family homes and vacant building lots, available in the middle price range for the neighborhood. Upper Pinebrook has higher-end homes and home sites with hilltop views of the back country. Properties vary in price in this area but tend in increase as you move up the hill. Pinebrook has convenient access to Interstate 80, making the area a favorite for many commuters to Park City and Salt Lake City. The nearby schools include Jeremy Ranch Elementary, Ecker Hill Middle School, and the new Weilenmann Charter School, which is located next to Gorgoza Park, between the Pinebrook and Summit Park neighborhoods.
