The Olympic Park Area is located at the northern edge of Park City and offers easy access to Park City’s many amenities, and the convenience of nearby Interstate 80 for quick trips to Salt Lake City. Often referred as the Sun Peak or Bear Hollow areas because of its so-called planned communities, this area is home to the Olympic Sports Park, which hosted the ski jumping, bobsled, luge, and skeleton events in the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. This neighborhood is made up of single-family homes and undeveloped home sites as well as condominiums and townhomes.
